Training & Placement
We at COS offer the training and placement to the trainees under the training and placement programs that run independently. Training assists the trainees in the refreshment as well as enhancement of their knowledge and skills .
Trainees are trained as per the following objectives :
- There is no specific eligibility criteria for the trainees.Thus , they can join and shall be trained according to their candidature.
- The interested newcommers are given training in the fields concerned.
- The training familiarize them with not only the organizational mission, vision, rules and regulations and the working conditions but also pace them up with today's recruiters' requirements.
- The existing employees are also trained to upgrade their knowledge .
- The training sessions aid in stimulating the interaction within the groups of trainees and employees.
- Proper Placement after the training satisfies the employee and reduces absenteeism and labour turnover.
